I wasn't a dick, but I politely made my point. I didn't expect to handle it like that, it was spur of the moment. He insulted me. His discrimination showed when he put his hands in my car, touching my keys and let me use their scissors without worry about the transfer of this virus. He even told me that the businesses could get a fine. There was no mention from him of the Virus. It has become pure discrimination.
