Virus can leave behind (foreign) nucleotides which end up incorporated (replace) native nucleotides in DNA sequence. In essence a mutation.
Not unheard of with other viruses (Hep B, Hep C, Feline Leukemia Virus).
Risk: Mutations can result in cancers (as case in listed viruses). Could also produce antibodies altering susceptibility to further C-virus infections or potential autoimmune disease (body attacks itself).
Bottom line, C-19 manmade virus deliberately released (IMO) and should never happened to begin with. Does mRNA vax leave behind spare nucleotides that could be taken up by host cells? Don't know but should be researched (preferably before vax deployed, oops).
