I've never seen a US military plane with a word like "diamonds" in that location on the aircraft. Looks added/photoshopped on, to my eyes.
Our military might use that word as a group/squadron identifier or mascot, but the way it's displayed in this photo is too ostentatious and eccentric for a military fighter aircraft. The other markings on that particular aircraft are also different from the others. Full color vs gray tactical.
Other content in the photo could definitely be comms of some sort, and that word might be comms too. Placement/size/flamboyance of its appearance is not military standard, and perhaps it's displayed this way to draw attention to it.
