Part of The Plan has to be the takedown or constraining of the CCP. They are too big a tool/asset for the Globalists. The dirty little secret is that their hold on power over the Chinese people is actually pretty precarious. They have essentially been buying their compliance with grand projects and the infusion of just enough capitalism to keep people hopeful for a brighter future. But they are running out of money and will not allow enough capitalism to power a truly wealthy economy. So next is pride in nationalism.

Chinese are very proud of who they are and consider their rejection by the Taiwanese as a loss of face. If the CCP ultimately fails to convince/cajole/force Taiwan to formally join China under the CCP, this has been seen as a deal ender for them, initiating a sequence of events that will cuase the collapse of the CCP.

I think Pompeo's tweet is indicating that they have made some move against the CCP through Taiwan. They do not mind if the Globalists know/find out about it, or they would not tweet about this at all, but for some media reason, they want US to decipher and announce the move for media pick up and consumption. It must come from the Anons, not Q/Patriots/Trump team/Military.

I'm guessing that the code for what the want us to decipher and bring out to the world is on that chess board.
