- General multi vitamin
- D
- B complex
- C
- Quercetin -Zinc
- Melatonin before bed if you're having difficulty sleeping
Try to get some HCQ and Ivermectin incase you get the coof and your immune system can't handle it... I believe people are getting them from Frontline Doctors
