Let's get this straight... BLM demands.... DEMANDS, mind you... that police not shoot any black person, for anything, even if said person is holding a gun and firing it at the po-po. Being shot at is NO EXCUSE for shooting a black perp. There, those are the new Rules of Engagement for all veteran and aspiring police in the future.
