My standard-sized meatpaws fit just fine on the regular size, it's still fun to shoot, and an equally effective weapon as the XL. But, even though folks love demonstrating they can impressively conceal full-size handguns... smaller is pretty much always better for EDC. Especially if that size makes that marginal difference between, as Paul Harrell references it, "program compliance" (i.e. compliance with your personal program of regular carrying)... and not.
The XL is a great gun... just but shoot the regular 365 first.
