It's not even illegal. (This is another tip-off that we're being led down the garden path away from "the real thing" (fetal and partial-birth organ harvesting for stem cells, among other potentially rejuvenative factors).

Toddlers do, however, possess an abundance of stem cells, and more of them, because they're bigger than infants.
