I say BS to that. No way he wanted his casket brought over partly hanging out of the bed of a dark green pick up truck. I mean just look at how they drove his casket there. This is a middle finger to Phillip if I ever saw one.

Their reason is because of climate change and World War II. The theme of his funeral was "green". He was driven in a green land rover that the article mentions looks like a pick up truck and the ones in charge of his funeral were members of the Association of Green Funeral Directors (same people who handled Princess Diana's funeral). His coffin was a woollen coffin that is very biodegradable. They say because Prince Phillip was a big believer in climate change.
Apparently Prince Phillip's funeral was planned out years ago to be this huge ceremony of pomp and circumstance but due to to "COVID" they made a bunch of last-minute changes. They insist again "He would have wanted it that way".
