I can answer most of this:
It is exactly what MAGAMom2 says. You know exactly what you need to know and nothing more. Depending on how well they hide it (submarines, tunnels, etc...) it is possible that even groundskeepers do not know a lot.
The way they got the military to do their bidding was the same structure "Need to know" which is why they absolutely WRECK whistleblowers because it only takes a few people accidently knowing what the others are doing to start the first domino.
I am sure there are some who are complicit, some who are essentially slaves, and some who genuinely do not know what is happening but I guarantee the complicit ones are paid handsomely and the slaves are so terrified that they will never speak up because they also have zero credibility and likely no passport so even if they found a trustworthy journalist what is the difference between them and some guy claiming they battle alien shapeshifter nazis under Antarctica?
It is a brilliant system if you think about it from this perspective. All you need is control of money and money buys the rest. Even if they need dirty work done money solves that too. The problem is at the end of the day they are lazy, arrogant, and actually think they are better than everyone or are "gods".
Think about this critically: The cabal could have gone on another 1000 years if all they did was let us be wealthy and siphon a little bit of money off the top....but it is criminal psychology. They cannot stand to see "peasants" wealthy. Because they were not willing to settle for mere trillions and let us all be fabulously rich and healthy with modern technology while they quietly do their dirty deeds now we all know about them and their whole plan will collapse.
This is actually exactly how evil always takes over for a little while - Good people genuinely cannot fathom the idea of getting so greedy that you also want to intentionally kill people and steal their money as you drain them with cancer/virus/stress/economic crisis/etc. It makes zero sense when you could quietly rule and have it all.
