So logically, "Dubya" would've inherited those two positions from Poppy. Poppy was also a Council of 300 member and a Bilderberger, so it should be assumed that Dubya is as well, because those positions can be inherited too, and are usually passed on to offspring when that time comes. It seems to me that, based on the total sum of theses links and also because he was the unofficial head of the Repub Party before Trump took office, he may be entering a more public role in wrestling power back from Trump.
