Oysters, for some reason, have absurdly high amounts of zinc. Don't eat oranges after your meal, the citric acid will interfere with the zinc uptake. Not sure exactly how, just passing on what I've read, basically.
Liver is another good source, and also has vitamins, etc, that muscle meat doesn't have.
