If he was diabetic,he should have been taking the alternate medications,such as HCQ and Zinc if medically advisable,Ivermectin or the others.Bare minimum he should have taken vitamin D and vitamin C.

He should have been advised not to have the vaccine.

I'm not in the medical field, but this appears to have been a very good example of someone who should have been prescribed the safer alternate medication.
