Their company Kranz inc was the primary distributor of SC Johnson "green" cleaning products in the Racine area. This company was run by Jeff Neubuaer, the guy who ran Bill Clintons Wisconsin presidential campaign.
Jeff's sister Kristin changed her name from Neubauer back to Bauer when she got married (her name is Kristin Bauer van Straten now, not Kristin Neubauer van Straten).

John Jeffry Louis' mother, Henrietta Johnson Louis, was born in Racine. John was the chairman of KTAR Broadcasting in Phoenix Arizona. I believe his family is also responsible for building Phoenix Childrens Hospital but I can't find that information now.
