Just spitballing:

1. I’m sure the workers don’t get to keep the shirts at the end of their shifts.

2. What if they were able to process all the ballots faster then they reported.

3. What if they had actually started days earlier but only started “broadcasting” the live streams when they did for security purposes.

4. What if everything is being done in a way to stay two steps ahead of the DS. The circus is coming to town but the recount won’t be there to greet them.
