How about this, pt comes in complaining of chest pain, pt had covid19 last year, pt had 2 covid19 vaccines, the last being just weeks ago. Pt tests positive for covid19, drs don't know if pt has it again, it's a false positive or it's from the vax pt just had. Hadn't thought about this scenario but it happened.

Editing to add, drs recommend pt to remain in isolation for 10 days since they don't know if it's active infection.
