I've heard De Blasio is buying up land in New York. Probably for the NWO to build their "smart cities" where all the "average 10% people will be forced to live after they've killed 90% of the world's population.

Joe Biden, Joe Biden's husband has rejected zoning to build suburbs. They want everyone out of the suburbs and rural areas, and installed in their cities for absolute control. They're also taking New Zealand for themselves because it is so pristine and beautiful.
