Paul's advice, and probably was given the heads up :Sen. Paul would try to send the certifications back to the state legislatures, which he believed to be the constitutional solution. I believe Pres. Trump and Sen. Paul have a mutual respect for each other. Frankly, I am as certain that Senator Paul will be found to be on the side of truth and justice as I am of President Trump.
