I believe DC has been under covert martial law since Trump left. DC is not a state, but an independent city state within the USA like the Vatican and City of London. It is not just the way it ls walled up with barred wire but the way it is (dis)functioning more than usual. A lot of chatter about making DC a state (100% unconstitutional) by Mayor Bowers and others soon after the unaugeration of Bidan which struck me at the time. I also see states' legislatures reasserting their importance in a big way, which is great. So, I don't believe we will see martial law throughout our states but believe the city-state of DC may have been under covert martial law for months.
