Correct! I’m watching it play out right now with someone that my family knows. He got 25 years in his public sentence (not long enough in my opinion for the horror he inflicted on his victims). Now that some time has passed and people aren’t really paying attention, they somehow got some of the worst charges thrown out on a mistrial or some bull crap like that and I honestly don’t know what’s going to happen next. If it goes back to court it will be the 3rd time these poor victims have to get up and testify and relive their horror.
