The states have all the power when it comes to things that affect our daily lives. And within states, the same is also true at the county level to a certain degree.

States can (and already are) telling the Feds to go fuck themselves. No vaccine passports. No mask mandates... And there is nothing the Feds can do about it. Literally nothing. They have no jurisdiction. In Colorado, Douglas county just told the state to shove their mask mandates up their asses - and there is nothing the state can do about it. See how that works?
