They can already do that with the bandwidth available with 4G.

Bandwidth isn't inherently evil, it makes a whole host of things possible and the vast majority of them are beneficial and good.

If people keep buying Alexas, smart-TV's, don't tape over cameras and keep cellphones(just buying a case that covers the selfie-cam and getting in the habit of laying the phone with the main camera facing down when not in use makes a huge difference in their observation ability...) in the same room they are trying to have a private conversation in and so much more, assholes and DS will take advantage of that.....
