We're in uncharted waters as far as I can tell. That's why we need to play it smart. We need to do what's best for America. Anything that we do to sleight the Dems or get one over on them can just as easily be used against us.

Personally I think that if a convincing amount of evidence is found and presented to Congress and the SCOTUS rule definitively we should just rerun the Presidential election during the next round of congressional elections. That way a portion of the government is fresh. Unless there is something already in the Constitution that allows us to over turn an election already. When it comes to that the Constitutional conservative method would live by the Jefferson quote, "When government becomes destructive of those ends..."

All that being said. I doubt that Congress would do that. I also think the issue of Congress fabricating evidence to install their or candidate could arise. Rerunning an election and having the people exercise that right again would prevent that though. They would almost always vote for who they thought deserved the Presidency and their allegiance.

We would also have to pass an amendment to the Constitution. To do that which defeats the point of being a conservative. For us I think the best thing to do would be to stall Biden's agenda (any means necessary), Red wave in 2022, pass sound policy that America wants and needs and then take 2024. That would be the conservative method.

HOWEVER, our situation is genuinely dire. The country may not make it to 2024. We all know Biden is a Chinese puppet. Reform maybe in order to avert national security disasters. There are constitutionally conservative methods of reform. That's why amendments exists. There has been one way since the beginning of the country to amend the Constitution. I would argue that a conservative reformer (as oxymoronic as that may sound) would amend the Constitution ONLY in a time of crisis AND would only amend it to make the constitution work better functionally or administratively to serve the STATES of America and it's people and not a political party or it's corporate donors.
