I believe that an individual has the right to bear arms without the governments necessary approval. The government has a responsibility to enforce laws any time that right violates someone else’s right’s. But private citizens should have the right to be able to carry or own a weapon to defend themselves if necessary, without the government’s approval. That is the individuals right!
