This is exactly how you do it. Kudos friend and funny name for them :) Anywho, this is the best way to engage in conversation with the left. You discuss things that are questionable (no matter the political side) and in a way to not to accuse them or berate them but to make them think..... I have many liberal friends who I engaged in the same way and for the sake of our friendship, I did my best to create open conversations that opened their minds. It works because we’re all human and in the end generally believe in the same values but the only difference is their mind has literally, been fed poison. So we can’t attack them for being poisoned...we need to help them. BIg thing is not placing the blame on them and not attacking them, you get nowhere with that and for fuck sake.... we all know how it feels.
