I think it makes sense multiple ways

It's either Trump style misdirection, which is brilliant because it puts us on the air while we are pretty much banned everywhere. The libs will ree, and he can laugh at them for actually thinking we had any intent to kill

Or he's actually talking about using 2A in regards BLM, antifa, and other movements which silicon valley has propped up, and the only reason they can continue to terrorize cities is because the liberal politicians condone it and because patriots have stayed on the sidelines

Or...he's saying he is in on the plan, NCSWIC, and when the 4% of the country who will not be able to handle Q day and refuse to wake up resort to violence, the patriots will be ready for them and the politicians who side with them will either have to turn themselves in to the military or be killed by the people
