I saw one flying over Redondo Beach a few weeks ago, probably 200ft above the beach. I was with a few buddies and they were wondering what that was for. I chuckled and said probably a special op, had to conceal the massive Q stiffy I had because none of them are based.

EDIT: I was referring to seeing an Osprey not a C130. But seeing an Osprey buzzing a rich beach area like Redondo is quite a sight. Additionally, I've seen the normally coast guard patrol of the Trump golf course area being replaced/supplemented by black and sometimes Military helicopters.
