This doc is called something like Kerry Manej, and she speaks at 15:00 to 23:00, and that's where she talks about the nano-lipid particles in the Moderna and Pfizer vacs and how they might possibly behave, including potentially responding to 5g or acting as antennae. Admittedly a theory only at this point, but it sounds similar to the French vid you are talking about.
