For one thing, digital robber barons would eviscerate the public. By that I mean with no Securities Acts in place, capitalism would be a free-for-all and that’s not necessarily a good thing, as there are a lot of sociopaths out there who would steal people blind without violating a state law.

Even if biblical, perhaps a DOS (as in Microsoft, not Dept of Def) program of a Federal government would have to be run.
