Reason: Fixed typo question not quest

The DS wants us to believe this is complicated. It isn’t.

  1. Just because the Constitution does not give a remedy for election fraud does not mean the Constitution requires us to live with the results of election fraud.

  2. Nor does the Constitution bar nullifying a fraudulent election.

  3. Or recognizing the valid results of an election.

  4. Arbitrary dates and deadlines whether in the Constitution, Federal or State Laws, cannot be construed as compelling elected officials to accept the results of election fraud. They can’t claim meeting deadlines trumps adjudicating fraud.

  5. Political matters are meant to be adjudicated by the political branches. State Legislatures have the Constitutional authority to adjudicate their elections. The Congress has the authority to adjudicate the Presidential election.

The big obstacle is the Dems control both houses so even if enough states decertify Congress will do nothing. But if state audits flip control of the Senate and the House it is a whole new ballgame. Congress could overturn the election which would send the DS law fare team into the court system. The question is, have the courts backed themselves into a corner where they should decline these cases too?

And technically President Trump would not be reinstated, he would be inaugurated.
