I can see Vermont, Hawaii, and Maryland being blue. That's about it though. Vermont because it's basically the blue version of Wyoming population wise. Maryland since the entire state is a DC suburb, and Hawaii since 95% of the population are native hawaiians that hate the US for subverting their monarchy.
