Technically, Allah is exactly the same God as the one Christians worship. In Islam, Moses and Jesus are powerful prophets, they just also believe that Mohammed is too. Its a later continuation of the same root religion. I think it's also important to remember that there is strong historical and textual evidence that Jesus had studied Buddhism widely. Some of his greatest teachings were directly pulled from the Buddha and Buddhist monks had been popularising their religion in Judea at least 200 years before the time of Christ.
