No. Not true. It doesn't matter if your born in the U.S. to parents who haven't been Naturalized yet. If you're born here on U S. soil, you are a natural born U S. Citizen.

My father is the son of two Irish Nationals. H was born here in Miami, FL. He was issued a SSN and a U.S. Birth Certificate, the ONLY two documents issued to NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZENS.

He was sickly as a child. His birth parents were poor Irish immigrants. His pregnancy was hard on his birth mother because she was Rh-. He is too. They couldn't get the care they needed for both of them in U.K. controlled Ireland, so they defected/immigrated here. They couldn't afford the insanely expensive treatments he needed as an infant, and U.S. Immigration enforcement was wanting to kick them out, so they gave him up for adoption and left. That decision saved his life. This all happened in 1950, WELL before Kamal-Toe was even a glimmer in her parent's eyes. The rules on this haven't changed, either.

Hell, if a foreign national gives birth to a child on a U.S. military installation, a U.S. Embassy/Consulate, that baby is born on U.S. soil and is considered a natural born citizen. This hasn't changed, to the best of my knowledge, in decades.

Enough with this type of hopium. No matter how bad we may want her "out of office," she is a Natural Born U.S. Citizen. Period. Move on, folks. There TRULY is NOTHING TO SEE HERE.

This was the original basis behind the "Dreamer." We've had LOADS of people born to illegal immigrants who were allowed to stay while their parents couldn't because the kids were Natural Born U.S. Citizens and their parents weren't. We've also had LOADS of parents allowed to stay here to raise their kids, even while they themselv a were classified as "undocumented" because it's inhumane to force parents to leave without their infants who were born here. I know a lot of Cubans, Haitians, Dominicans, and Jamaicans who I went to school with in Miami that were Natural Born U.S. Citizens even though their parents were "undocumented" or "illegal immigrants." And ALL of their parents were allowed to stay, too. Most ended up getting Green Cards, some didn't and are STILL here.
