There is that thing about building more and more and more of anything, for as cheap as they can, rather anyone needs it or not. Like, paying people big money to build a ton of high rises that sit abandoned and decaying but, guess it makes them feel like they got "more" than anyone else, anyway. I really get the feeling that the CCP only casts the illusion of "look at us, we have more of everything, bigger better, we are number one." but, it is just a thin and fracturing shell of a lie to it's people.
