Wish I would have known about Bromelain. I can confirm the other two kicked the flu (maybe rona) out of my Type 1 diabetic body within 12-18 hours. Granted I also chose to sleep lots & that may have helped.

edit: Meant to say 18-24 hrs. Not sure why I posted 12-18.
