I’m in the Houston area too and I heard the one this morning too. This one seemed different than what I normally hear. They usually just say this is a test of the EBS. They don’t pinpoint a state or city. The one I heard the morning was specifically pinpointing either Texas or Houston. I can’t remember which one but definitely noticed that it was different.
