There were many posts going around on here and Thedonald when this all came out that were labeling the daughter Wandrea “Shaye” Moss as the mother which was incorrect. Its seems plausible that whoever made that twitter post was searching for Ruby in the criminal databases and saw a resemblance to Shaye, the daughter.
