Just banning from land, while significant, is not enough. They can still buy it by proxy by buying American companies/factories and Corporations, as they have been doing for quite some time, is still sitting on American soil.

There needs to be absolutes. No loopholes to exploit and simple: No foreign country, power, or proxy may purchase or own ANY American Company, Corporation, Port, Land, or interest. Any American Company or Corporation ignoring this shall be considered treasonous and all assets seized.
