From what I understand, back in the day there were some days/seasons where people worked their butts off (planting season, harvest season) - like 12-14 hour days. But then there were days/seasons where they spent most of the day with family, went fishing at the stream, danced, sang, or any number of simple but meaningful activities.

With the leverage of technology and our society, one should be able to obtain assets that provide a stream of income. I recommend:

• Richest Man in Babylon
• Rich Dad, Poor Dad
• Think âne Grow Rich

In addition to my worldview changing in regards to faith and politics, my view of money has done a 180. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil, but using money as a tool to secure your independence (ie achieve self-reliance) from globalist overlords is a good and worthy goal.
