I don't want to misdirect here but it is different this time than all times in the past.

The Electoral College, at this point, has in fact been certified - fraudulently.

Bear in mind, this is going to be about a lot more than Biden. There is a good chance that more than a third of Congress is also fraudulently elected.

The legal process has only one remaining avenue - that of the States taking direct action against an illegitimate government. The courts had their opportunity before the election and that failed. That was the point of Trump filing so many lawsuits, to show the legal process was so broken it failed entirely.

If the States do not take action to correct it, then it will fall to the military - plain and simple. Furthermore, if the audits turn up coordination with foreign entities it will immediately move to the military - legally - as the ENTIRE government officially becomes belligerent. This is why the military takes and oath to protect against both foreign and DOMESTIC.

So when you mention that if Biden refused to resign only then could the military "legally" act, no, there are other conditions where the military could legally act as well.
