I hate to burst any bubbles, but people should know that the filenames for twitter media are AUTO-GENERATED and bear no resemblance to the original file name that is uploaded by the user. This is a very neat coincidence, but unless someone at twitter went in and manually changed the media entry (which would be a huge pain and would have had to happen after the tweet was live), this was not human intervention.
