Yes. Iron is normal in meat, and there are a number of different causes that can increase the concentration or quantity of iron. It's not something I'd be overly concerned with, unless you, in particular, have some condition that requires you to be extra careful about your iron intake.
On the other hand, if you can hold iron to the meat and it sticks, I'd toss that s*** immediately, and maybe call a Priest to exorcise it. :p
