Boris is not going to do anything useful.

I suspect it will have to do with mass amounts of people dying/overwhelming the NHS due to vaccine reactions - as is seen currently in South Yorkshire. Yorkshire was one of Britain's highest vaccine compliance areas.

Now local hospitals are at Black Alert level capacities for something that "isn't Corona Virus".

Not to mention the fact that the City of London just issued a notice for tenders related to building pop up overflow morgues.

I hate to be grim, but it seems rather simple when you break it down.

I found the original articles talking about this and it seems to have been in the works for ages to deal with "terrorist events/public health emergencies".
