If China interfered in our elections it will have been collusion, not treason.
China is not an enemy of the US, we are not at war with them so there is no treason.
Also because there was no aiding in an enemy to take over the country it's not treason, instead we have a foreign country aiding americans in establishing a democrat American President which is not an act of treason.
Treason is actually incredibly hard to prove and to prosecute for.
Unless you can absolutely prove that they were trying to commit acts of war for a an official enemy (an enemy like Al Queda was to us for a while) it's not likely going to stick.
If they could charge for treason for this than the Russian collusion case on trump would have also been a charge of treason which it never was.
The unfortunate fact of the matter is they would have an easier time convicting trump supporters at the 1/6 so called 'inserrection' of treason than any of these people.
If they are busted the charge will be voter fraud which does not carry a stiff penalty. They will do a tiny bit of time in a minimum security prison and give the election system an over haul.
If it could be proven that china unleashed covid purposely as a bioweapon against the USA specifically as an act of war against USA, and that they tried to over throw out government by cheating in our election and that Biden is actually an agent acting specifically for the CCP to take over the USA then you might have a case for treason. .Biden is more so an agent for the UN, globalist agenda for an NWO than for the CCP to take over the USA. The fact that covid hit china first and spread around the whole world does not make it appear like an act of war on the US from China. China does not appear to be using covid for world domination or to over throw the usa.
