Far out I'm sick of people with no understanding of radio talking about Haarp. Haarp is not directional, have you seen the antenna array? It just points straight up into the sky and can only influence the ionosphere slightly above the array causing aurora's etc. It's basically radio telescope that transmits instead of receiving
