Sounds like a shill imo, trying to get people to panic sell. There's no control over crypto. It's all decentralized. The DS are desperately trying to control it with information as that's all they can do. They would have to fry every single computer globally to completely destroy the Ethereum network, and Bitcoin. I'm pretty sure the white hats know how to prevent this if they happen to have the technology to do so.
