I have some treatment suggestions:

How about you try ivermectin. If there are lots of spike proteins floating around then ivermectin will stop thm frmo interacting with the ACE2 receptors on many cells. I don't know if it will help, but it gets to the root cause. Also try sources of shikimic acid like pine needle tea, fennel tea and star anise. I believe shikimic acid helps the body break down the spike proteins.

If she has brain inflammation, maybe some anti inflammatory things will help.

For early dementia, she could try coconut oil. it helps break down prion plaques:

Some one else mentioned lions mane mushrooms and turmeric as well for dementia.

I expect none of this will help at this stage, but you never know.
