Around the time of the election, The Epoch Times (American Thought Leaders) interviewed Mo Brooks.

Mo, earlier on in his political career, did a bunch of events to drum up support (as all politicians do). To his surprise, during election day of one particular year, he got many phone calls from supporters who wanted to vote for him, but, his name was not on the ballot. The Dems had ballots distributed which intentionally did this.

This was in Alabama. Looking at his political history quickly, it seems this happened sometime after 2010 but before the 2020 election.

And this is also part of why he was one of the Republicans who tried to fight against the 2020 fraud back on January 6th.
