Marvin Bush -- head of a security company in the months before 9/11, which was in charge of security for the World Trade Center and Boston Logan Airport, allowing for the possibility to provide an opportunity to plant explosives and/or incendiaries in the WTC buildings, and to put the "right people" into positions of authority at the security checkpoints in Boston Logan Airport.
Karl Rove -- to add to his bio, he is the person who interviewed Supreme Court nominees, and chose John Roberts because Robert's favorite SCOTUS justice of all time was Robert Jackson, who was responsible for writing the opinion that destroyed the Constitution through a bastardization of the interstate commerce clause ("if a business does not transact commerce via interstate, but only intrastate, but COULD HAVE done so, then it falls under the interstate commerce clause"). Sound familiar? A few years later, Robert's would say that a government demand to purchase a product (health insurance) is not unconstitutional because the penalty for not buying it is a tax that involves interstate commerce.
