At minimum, he's decided that this is best course of action. There MUST be a reason for this.

1. The vaxx MUST remain optional.
2. There MUST be NO lockdowns.

If those two goals aren't met, then we've lost the WAR.

Losing is MUCH more painful than ANYTHING we are experiencing right now. Meditate on that...
